We only ship within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

In stock items will normally ship within two days of the order.   If you placed an order for an item that goes out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail. 

We will make every attempt to verify the address prior to shipping.  We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  If a delivery is refused and returned, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be assessed. 

Items are only shipped via UPS except for small items that weigh less than a pound.  All UPS shipping charges are exactly what we pay UPS to ship the items.  To maintain a low shipping cost, all items in an order are weighed together and shipped as a single item whenever possible.  When the package size is too large, the shipment may be broken up into two or more packages.  We strive to provide the most economical shipping configuration.  UPS has recently implemented a shipping rate schedule that takes into account the volume of the package.  As a result of this, the actual shipping charge may be different from the quoted shipping charge which is based on weight only.  In this case, you will be contacted to approve the updated shipping charges before we ship.  If you do not approve the revised charges, the order will be voided and your account will not be charged.
